A workplace injury changes a family forever.

In an instant, plans are interrupted, financial security is shaken, and dreams of higher education can suddenly feel out of reach. For the children left behind, the path to college, trade school, or career training can become uncertain.

That’s where Kids’ Chance of Maine steps in.

Our mission is simple but powerful: to provide scholarships that help the children of Maine workers who have been seriously or fatally injured on the job pursue their educational goals and build brighter futures.

The KCME – COMP/CON Golf Scramble is more than a day on the course—it’s an opportunity for our community to come together and change lives. Every golfer, sponsor, volunteer, and donor becomes part of a story that gives hope to students who have already overcome more than most young people should ever have to face.
