Robyn joined The MEMIC Group in 2005 as a Claim Specialist. Over the course of her 19 years in the claim department, Robyn has held various leadership positions. She has been in her most recent role as Vice President, Claims since January 2021.
In this position she oversees the Northern New England claim region, claims reporting, customer service, compliance, data analytics as well as all system and regulatory interfaces of the claims process. Robyn has represented MEMIC on the State of Maine Workers’ Compensation Board EDI Committee and has been a participant in the International Association of Industrial Accident Boards and Commissions (IAIABC).
Robyn has served as a board member of the Kid’s Chance of Maine
Chapter since 2022. She is also an Olympia’s Leader Advisor (OLA) with the Olympia Snowe Women’s Leadership Institute.
Robyn is a graduate of Husson University with a Master’s of Business Administration in Risk Management and of the University of Southern Maine with a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology. She obtained the Workers’ Compensation Professional (WCP®) designation from AMCOMP.
