Michelle is the Director of Insurance Relations & Quality Control for Mullen & McGourty, a New England based law firm. She is a thirty-year veteran in the insurance industry having exposure in both the Insurance Industry and Thirds Party Claims Administration (TPA) environments. Over her career she has held the roles of Claims Examiner, Team Leader, Client Service Representative, Assistant Claims Manager, and New England Regional Operations Manager and Director of Claims for Sedgwick Claims Management Services: a worldwide TPA. She has experience overseeing worker’s compensation, general liability, and short-term disability claims programs.
Michelle lives in the North Deering area of Portland, Maine. She graduated cum laude from the University of Southern Maine where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and an Associate of Science in Business Administration. She also holds her Associate in Claims (AIC) designation from the Insurance Institute of America.
